Main House
The main house is a typical style Alentejo house that has been altered for more open plan living and has large covered out door areas to enjoy life in fresh air with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden that is landscaped with sand and white pebble surfaces, olive trees, painted wooden walk ways and a decked sun longing area. Second house is a charming round wooden Finnish style house with floor size 100m2.
Two Wooden Chalets
Close to the main house there are two charming wooden guest/holiday chalets painted in pale blue and white stripes. Each chalet consist of double bedroom/ bathroom and veranda.
Equestrian Areas
The stables are very modern and well designed to be warm in winter and cool in summer. They are wooden barn style with good facilities, airy and a wide walkway. Each stable is 3.6 by 3.6 metres. All stables are designed with quality flooring for easy cleaning and windows to outside but also between stables so horse can talk to each other. 14 stables in total.
At centre of stabling there are two treatment rooms, a tack room and feeding station, coffee room. Also there is a hayloft, roof storage, 2 garages, wide road with planned access for lorries to easily arrive and leave without having to turn around.
Arena is a large 65m by 40 metre fenced jumping field with a quality sillcon surface. The arena has a terraced viewing gallery and bar. Also there is jump storage area. Mens and womens toilet.

Climate – This area is considered a Mirco-Climate meaning in the summer temperatures don’t go above 30 and in winter it does not really get as cold as the rest of Portugal. The climate is very healthy and animals especially horses thrive. There are very few mosquitoes
History and a little bit about the surrounding area.
The Alentejano coast is considered one of the best examples on the European continent of an unexploited coastline, maintaining its natural biophysical
characteristics. Many are unaware of how stunning and natural the Alentejo coastline is. Close to Monte da Palha at the Lagoon there are many excellent fish restaurants serving freshly caught fish daily. There are also some cool live music bars where you can enjoy a few drinks with friends.
The beach of Melides, is located in the centre of the longest of the country’s beaches, totaling about 89 Km, from the peninsula of Tróia to the city of Sines, where it is thought Fernão Mendes Pinto was shipwrecked one night after an attack by French corsairs, is characterized by a landscape of low laying coast and extensive sands dunes surrounded by a natural lake.
The beaches have lifeguards, parking, restaurants, adapted access, blue flag beaches…. a micro-climate with good weather for 8 months a year , and a region which is rich in fishing and hunting.
Melides is 15 minutes from Tróia which offers the facilities of a marina, tennis academy and gambling casino…10 minutes from Comporta with its unique golf
course (Ryder Cup 2018 will be played here), and a horse riding centre. It is 5 minutes from Santiago of Cacém with its Zoo set in natural surroundings and 10 minutes from Sines where one can find a marina and the famous beach of San Torpes, one of the best beaches in Europe for surfing.
